Ya, every week, there's someone asking what is wrong with their build, and its always the same reason, or asking about stuff that a quick look at the wiki would answer, or just don't read patch notes and come crying about some change they think is a bug.

Edit : With HV Stat turn off it improves the speed alot for me.
