Well, actually the weapon damage of your axe is higher. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

Your Axe: base WD = 60.56

A tip: if you see a guy buying ED at 210k, bid for 210k and spend your credits until it is below 210k. When the system check for bid winner and, since there are two (you and that guy), it will pick that guy since you dont have 210k.
