I use haste on IA and immediately cast SoL and SS.

I use SS and SoL on IA, and immediately cast Haste (plus Regen II and Heartseeker (and SV if it's a Random Encounter)). It's much safer.

Haste, Protection, SV and SoL in IA. No need for Spirit Shield.

I also seem to be having better luck recently without SS. Enemies were milking my SP too fast in long arenas for me to survive, and that was just on Hard.
