I was playing Dark Skies on hard and lost!? I had to turn it down from heroic because Lisellote Wreckedassmeister kept turning up every round and was all up in my grill. And yesterday during my randoms I was getting that one click & die bullshit.

Um....I must say having to use SP shield and spark in almost every situation once you've acquired them isn't a good idea. This doesn't give any variety to strategy.

Assuming it's "broken", that's still quite bit more complex than fixing a small math error.

Think of it as another project for your next patch.

I was playing Dark Skies on hard and lost!? I had to turn it down from heroic because Lisellote Wreckedassmeister kept turning up every round and was all up in my grill. And yesterday during my randoms I was getting that one click & die bullshit.

I think it just knows to spawn whatever monster will annoy you the most. There are one or two that resist my attacks 50% of the time and have max wind resistance, and I swear they spawn 2-3 times as frequently as other higher PL monsters.

I was about to post about this. I have 25% on 17 monsters from which I've received dozens of mats and only got double gift 3 times.

Interestingly enough, 16 of them are over PL400, and 13 of them are exactly PL400 (15% chance for HG), and I have gotten a lot more HG since the patch than I've gotten Double Drop.

I also put 25% on all my higher level monsters, no dbl gift yet. I guess I should see if checking them every 12 hours helps. been only looking at them once a day still.

I put 45% on my strongest one, and this morning got a High and Low Metal in 1 drop. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Seems to be working better now.

The new Battlecaster drops are pretty awesome. I bet you can get some low upkeep stacking an aether sharded BC weapon and shield with IA 5.
