this update seems bad for mages....the only defence they had are completed nullified with the chaos dmg upgrades and anti evade.cant wait to get critical by a max dmg upgrade monster and see how much SP its gonna cost. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)

I find it really hurts Spirit. I did a run on an easy arena to see how things were (EDIT: on Hell), and in one turn Elizabeth double-hit me, with each hit taking off 60 SP through Spirit Shield. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) In general, I noticed a lot of Spirit Shield activations were costing around 20-60 SP.

N Tokens to activate level N.

Tokens to fully max an upgrade: 20*21/2 = 210
Tokens to max everything: 210*11 = 2310

Affection can be eliminated since it doesn't benefit the monster, but that's still 2100 Tokens.

If this is only the first half that could mean 4410 tokens.

Tokens aren't tradeable since one of the ways of obtaining them would encourage people to make dupe accounts to farm them.

This update to equipment, do anyone note the whether pre-patch non-Ox/Turtle/Owl/Fox equipments receive a buff in stats?

That means my Fine Ethereal Mace of the Ox has no str advantage over Fine Ethereal Mace of the Banshee
