I have no idea what you're talking about. The sender is the only one that pays an extra fee, and that's only to prevent abuse. It's removed by Golden Handshake. If the recipients also had extra fees tacked on, I think I would have heard a complaint or two from the thousands of CoD I have sent.

BTW, having over half of the monster DB under PL 25 is mind-boggling. I'd never have thought it was possible...

PL < 25. It's right anyway if your monsters PL are below 25. My 4 are over PL 25 anyway.

Monsters start with an invisible amount of action time already paid for. It used to be part of the spawn line but was removed some patches ago. So sometimes It will have enough action time to pull that off.

Also Pestilence is a slow spell being T3 and all.

Talking about action speed. This patch brought back something I could do from when I was ~lv.100 (when it still shows monster's action time): Attack without being attack back in the opening turn, i.e. a free hit. ... No, it's not about stun or facemelt everything in 1 turn (not like I could anyway...), just pure speed and some luck.

I also have this weird feelings that even though adding further AGI shouldn't make me any faster according to how Skillchip describe it (if I understand it right...), it felt like there's some adverse effect in combat if I let my AGI fall behind. It could be just my imagination though... Will do a more comprehensive testing on this once I feel like it.

If you could come up with a reason why there would be people wasting their time camping for low-grade wood from bazaar with such 'enthusiasm' ... I'm listening. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/mellow.gif)

To explain about it a bit: all mat sold were immediately follow with an attempt at buying it back, which after confirming the sell, took less than 1 second to click the wood, click 'accapt', and smash 'enter' key to confirm the purchase. None of the attempts were successful until the last 2 wood.

But the last test wasn't that good: only the first 5 metal were sold in succession (in fact, this might not even be the case... I didn't pay too much attention about how I sold it, only at how fast it's gone, so I'm not even sure), then I post about it here, then the rest was randomly sold in random interval, and I didn't attempt at buying any of it back accept for mid-metal.

This time is, well, different...
