It really depends on your round composition. If you spend more rounds on arenas, your artifact rate will drop.

Eh, I'm doing what I normally do. I'm just having long streaks without artifacts recently, 500-1000 rounds per artifact, sometimes more.

Bad luck, I guess. Happens to everyone.

And would it hurt to ask for Hath to drop at the same rate as artifacts, or is that too much, considering how rare it is?

Artefact drops are always that random. Last time I did all my arenas without a single drop and then had 2 dropping out of a very short one.

Hath doesn't drop.

If it did happen, I bet Tenb would make it take up half of artifact drops since you can get Hath from artifacts, so no.

Not sure then. The round counter is easily affected by the number of monsters per round, which in turn is easily affected by arena monsters' composition.

Eh wow, and when arena finally decides to give me some equips, it sucks.
