Defend and focus are still working as stated. It's just that we don't know the exact percentage of effect.

Defend is an additional source of 25% mitigation

A strange bug




I already leveled this Fine Phase Gloves of Heimdall to 289 several days ago but now in equipment page, the pop up is shown its lv 287 (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif)

Has been like that for a long time if you level up through IW some equips in other equip sets.
The only solution I have is to un-equip and re-equip the item.

you get good evade rolls on those? been shopping arcanist but haven't seen too many on sale w/ good evade. I do have an arcanist breastlate w/ good evade/PM so i know they exist (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)
