Even with voidseeker monsters' evade still come into play I think. I still missed a couple of times with a voided scythe.

I dont think I missed at all when I had voidseeker on, but I also was not running stat

Most probably it's called 'don't try to be in any battles when you trigger the dawn event'.
From other's words, it doesn't affect leveling; only you can't use that part of EXP to raise your primary stat.
Tenb is aware of the situation.
