Besides, it sounds like a better idea to play in IWBTH arenas for drops. If you don't have good drop rate, and you don't have the ability to farm equips from IW, there's no point to play in flimsy IW.

Go higher. He's 2 levels above me. By then my average base stats are probably around 308. (and by average I mean if I were to allocate the exp equally among all stats)
buktore was always melee-ish so he probably has more str than other stats. So it's between 308-318.
