Maybe that's intended. Maybe not. Negative burden certainly sounds weird.

4EverLost already made a post about how heavy armor proficiency + featherweight shards do that. Also, you get more evade I believe.

Damn, I must have played thousands of rounds today, since I got 6 artifacts (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)

I've played 6000 rounds and haven't obtained a single artifact once. True story.

In other words, that's just luck. Training slightly affects the odds, but even those filthy rich people who maxed them encounter those bad luck streaks once in a while.

Without training artifacts drop in average every 1275 rounds, with full training every 325 rounds (if the average number of enemies is 8)
