Tenb should probably raise the action speed. Again.
Or revamp the whole action speed system so it can be plainly explained.
A simple case: Assume at lv. 200 you have 200 action speed and monsters have 300 action speed.
You are going to get hit 3 times per 2 attacks.
Now, assume at lv.300 you have 300 action speed and monsters have 400 action speed.
Now you are going to get hit 2 times per 1 attack.
You see the difference now?
