Takes around 8-15ms to run on Chrome (against HVSTAT's 30-170ms).

Thats so messed up, haven't gotten an artifact by hourly yet.

Neither have I. Mine come from arena's or grindfest.

But I haven't gotten any equips from an hourly in a while either.

I do an insane amount of CF/IW whenever I get around to buying 3 or 4 drinks, I haven't gotten an artifact drop from CF/IW in 3 weeks. I did get a derpy figurine from IW. I still get like 1 or 2 artifacts a week from arena.

I just play casually, I don't even get half the arenas done a day. (sometimes I only do the hourlies). Sometimes I try to get my g/f to do that for me while I'm out. But she does it like once and goes to facebook.

Btw, anyone else noticing some lag on the forums and on the hentaiverse?

Well I'll probably do what your currently doing once I actually get some good heimdall/fenrir equips and some ia slots. Too bad I'm terrible at saving credits. Always going towards the trainer. (once the 4 I want are complete, which is never, than I'm sure saving money will be easy). I have actually been saving my hath from artifacts though. Almost half way to the first ia.
