When does that happen? I thought you could only have one skill available at a given time.

Probably after those tier 2 skills, when tier 1 skill's CD finishes.

In Double wield (at least): The first 2 skill have 5 turns cooldown ...

15 9 Cooldown expired for Iris Strike
15 8 The effect Chain 1 has expired..
15 2 You gain the effect Chain 2.
15 1 You use Backstab.

10 2 You gain the effect Chain 1.
10 1 You use Iris Strike.

At turn 16, I could use both Iris Strike and Frenzied Blows.

Cure III was sensible back when interference affected proficiency. But back then almost nobody used heavy armor.

You should play more. I guess you have 1-2% chance of getting a pony per artifact drop.
(note that it's a purely subjective guess based on pure instinct)

Works perfectly. DW is even more effective now since you can get in extra OC for Backstab and Frenzied Blows while still using the hotkey.

random Drops are much better then the Trash I get from Noodles.

i find that the best use for blood tokens these days is the IWBTH boss fights as i'd usually get a kevlar/shield drop worth a few thousand
