Not getting many blood tokens, can't farm for noodles. getting more chaos tokens than blood tokens. I thought it was changed so you got an even 1 in 3 to get a blood token.

I would say it's acceptable (in terms of chance).
5 times more likely to get rare equips + exquisite almost guaranteed = sure profit (if you hit one)
