easter eggs replaced artifact drops (i think) and had higher drop rates. there were letters that were droppable in each fight type (3 letters for arena fights, 3 letters for grindfests, 3 letters for itemworld) the 9 letters spelled out "snowflake".

each egg was a pseudo artifact that gave 1 hath but the other yields were the same (like crystals/AP/etc)

cashing in all 9 unique eggs before the event end date at the shrine would reward the user with 9(or was it 10? i forget) energy drinks (1 drink per egg cashed in supposedly and this was when e drinks+stamina were introduced) + 1 noodle trophy if they complete "snowflake". if they didn't complete "snowflake" they got a lower loot quality trophy

Easter Event last year was just E-Drink rewards for collecting as many letter eggs + a rainbow egg for collecting the full set, which IIRC was just a unique artifact. I'm sure a collector or two around here still has it in their inventory. It doesn't seem to have made it into the wiki though.

That was right when E-Drinks and Stamina were added though, so I doubt you'll see E-Drinks as a reward for any potential events this year.


pfft, ninjad. I don't remember trophy rewards for this event at all, but I explicitly remember a rainbow egg for completing the set, and I'm pretty sure it was an artifact.

Hm...a year and I already miss some guys (notably Ballistic9, seems he's AFK because of network problem)

I also remember how difficult it is to get those letters from arenas (back than arenas are much shorter except EOD and above)

If that isn't in the wiki when I wake up tomorrow, I will add that.

i was just coming back to the site after the event was over
i had left the site for about 4 - 5 months

I remembered because a lot of players got the shittier version since they didn't complete snowflake. Colored Egg or w/e. Loot quality bonus was way lower.

The Eggs were amazing since they only costed 2k (before perks) in the bazaar (sold for 400c) and so no matter *what* you roll from it, you profited. Even if you rolled 100 quintessence crystals.

And sorry I don't have the trophy anymore. Cashed it in with the rest of my noodles when I did my staff dump.

The rarest eggs were the arena eggs during the event since only the high levels had access to the godly arenas with > 100 rounds.

i'm surprised they didn't drop for you. i had at least 10 drop for me from grinding IW/GF on cake mode with my trusty longsword of balance. i had to trade/buy all my arena eggs though. 0 arena eggs dropped for me... since i was like... level 50?

Actually I wasn't here for last year's event, was still on hiatus at the time. Doesn't appear like I missed much though.
