It's not like there are many reasons to create high level monsters other than boredom and/or insanity and/or e-peen swinging.
You only need a PL 500 monster to have a 25% chance to get a High-Grade material, and you can create 5/6 PL 500 monsters with the crystals needed for a PL 750 monster (~13@PL900).
And gifts are not really a problem after PL 400.

How are some people getting much bigger dawn event EXP amounts than I am when they don't have that many stars and awards, etc? Is it from galleries or something?
