This may not help, but...

My first thought was that it was a Akiba Punx variant (Shin Akiba Punx, Akiba Punx 2).

What you have look like upper case version of characters that are always semi-lowercase in those fonts; I know I've wanted characters like that in the past, particularly the 'T'. However, I checked through PressGang Studios webpage and couldn't find anything like this.

Then I remembered that there were at least a couple of occasions where I edited some Shin Akiba Punx characters that I typed to look uppercase - I remember redoing the curves on the 'T', and I assume the other people may have also done this. I wish I could remember where I did it, but most of the things I've worked on are just a page or two for someone else, and half the stuff I've worked on over the last several months ended up getting put on hold or dropped.

Anyway, if there is a font like that, I'd also like to know what it is, but there is a chance that it could be an edit/redraw.

You might be right that it was edited/altered, the font was used in the commercial release of "Kashimashi - Girl Meets Girl" manga, but I'm not giving up yet.

There are differences but "Shin Akiba Punx" is the closest one so far.
When (if) I find the font originally used I'll post its name here.

Now that you mention it there are other variants of "T" like this one for example:

Where the bottom end of the vertical line is curvy and not pointy while the horizontal one is pointy but tilted.
There are also similar variants of "P".
As of now my hope to find the original font has been crashed, I think I'll use FontForge to make it look like I want it to.

I'm trying again to find this old one.
