Hello, I want to know if it's possible to hide a tag based on the presence or absence of other tags.
For example, I find scat rather unappealing, but can tolerate it, so I would prefer if I could hide any work with scat unless the "low scat" tag is also applied.
I checked the gallery search wiki page and didn't find anything like this, but I wanted to ask anyway in case it's explained somewhere else.

I had blanked the page since a lot of it became outdated after or operators were added, but you can see some examples of how to achieve exactly that in the history:

https://ehwiki.org/index.php?title=Talk:My_...amp;oldid=59513

So, assuming a tag filtering threshold set to 0 in your settings page and no other tag weights that might break it (other tag weights would need to be set to 0 for this to work if you want other watched tags as well)

Add m:scat to a tag set with a weight of -5.
Add f:scat to a tag set with a weight of -5.
Add m:low scat and f:low scat with a weight of +5 each.

So,
f:scat = -5, filtered
m:scat = -5, filtered
f:scat, m:scat = -10, filtered
f:scat, m:scat, m:low scat = -5, filtered

etc

while

f:scat + f:low scat = 0, not filtered

etc

Should only be weird tagging situations that should not exist (low tags require the normal version to also be tagged) that would not filter correctly.

Note: Some searches that produces 0 results (i.e., if you search for a hidden tag directly), will bypass the filters. So if you try filter scat but then do a search for f:scat$, the filter won't work, but any normal searches will work properly.

This will work for normal searches as well, but if you want it specifically for the watched page, you'll want to rework it around the watched threshold instead

Low presence tag filtering is probably common enough that I'll add those examples back at some pointâ„¢
