Currently on ehwiki, tags have official English names, and most of them also have Japanese translations.

I was wondering if the maintainers would be open to accepting translation contributions for other languages, such as Chinese?

There's some effort towards that already, you can see if it has a Chinese version by adding /Chinese to the end of the url.

i.e., https://ehwiki.org/wiki/milf > https://ehwiki.org/wiki/milf/Chinese

In all cases, the English version of the definition takes priority, translations should be for reference only, and mistakes in translation do not justify tagging when conflicting with the English.
