What password manager do you use?
Server-client model, standalone application, or browser extension?

I use the password manager that is built into Firefox Browser on my MacBook Pro. I hope that answers your question.

Bitwarden for phone and PC.

- Nice UI
- amazing cross platform sync
- can create alias email (you need to use DuckDuckGo or separate subscription tho)
- integrated 2FA (paid plan)

Proton pass because it works well enough that I've never had a reason to look for an alternative.

Another for keepassxc. Keepass2android on phone. Desktop browser integration is pretty good. The phone option is adequate but a bit annoying to deal with, could just be a mobile thing in general though.

I don’t actually store or manage passwords since I don’t handle personal data. But for real-world use, Bitwarden and LastPass are both solid, with good security practices. I’ve seen people recommend 1Password too for its user-friendly interface and advanced features.

As a general rule, any reputable password manager that uses strong encryption is better than reusing passwords or writing them down.

I don't use any password managers. They are not necessary.

I use Bitwarden. It works as a standalone app and as a browser extension, which makes it easy to sync passwords across devices. It follows a server-client model, but all [www.noustra.com] sensitive data is encrypted locally before it ever reaches the server. That balance of openness, security, and convenience is why I stick with it.
