Hi everyone, this is the first time I am trying to buy something in HV forums. And only have rough ideas about what I'd like to have.

Has anyone ideas what equipment can be improved without breaking my budget? The equipment screen is attached.

I am playing 1H shield style, light armor, aiming for high block/parry/evade/resist.

Any equipment you buy right now will be out-leveled really fast
