It's 90% sugar water, but a fruit punch on a hot summer's day is kino. Throw a bunch of summer fruit in a pitcher with some gin and enjoy the buzz. Actually using fresh fruit for the flavor is essential though, that's how you pretend it's not terrible for your insulin levels, weight, and liver. Also lets you dial in the alcohol level to taste.
As for 'straight' stuff, probably rum. I've yet to try and wine that didn't taste like a headache to me, and beer's - however you'd describe it, earthiness? - is something I have to be in the mood for.
