Sound effects are in the script, but not required. Honestly, this looks like it should be a very easy project if you choose to do none of the effects. All other text is required (dialogue, narration, cell phone messages, etc). You can pm me with questions or for additional translation if I missed a bubble or you choose to include effects not currently in the script.
