I lay on my side, in a white t-shirt and boxers. The blanket is usually at my waist or higher and its always tv/lights, and even in winter, I prefer sleeping in a cold room.

I had a dream where a member of this forum played a practical joke on me involving soap and a harmonica, but I wasn't really angry with him. It would be a mistake to take such things too seriously.

I hate the way I sleep because my back hurts everytime I wake up. Normaly I sleep on my belly, hand under a pillow.
Any advices how I can get a good stance to sleep, that my back won't hurt on morning.

Sleep on a plank of wood. Or the floor. Or just prop a pillow in the midsection of your back and slowly trani=istion from middle to your side every once in a while. Doctor's advice (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

Normally just laying on my back or front, sometimes curled up because it's cold or just because it feels so freaking cozy. Tend to roleplay a little bit, watch some TV or read doujinshi or manga before sleeping though, mainly falling asleep in the middle of it.
According to my friend I sleep talk. .___.

Thanks for a wise advice, but I'm a person who can't sleep on my back. I automaticly just turn on my belly or some other stance.

Put an object in your breast pocket. (Does anyone actually keep things in their pyjama pockets, I wonder?) Something light, but hard, with sharp corners. A large sea shell, maybe, or the skull of a kitten. Then, if you roll over in your sleep, it will poke you in the chest and wake you up. Eventually you'll get out of the habit of sleeping on your front.
Note: I am not a doctor, and have no experience in the field of sleeping habit adjustment.

Putting a pillow between your knees can take the strain off your lower back during sleep. If the pain is in your upper back/neck area, then your pillow might be too thick.

Can't sleep on my back, I'll choke (and wake up immediately, thank goodness).
Lie on my side -ONLY on the right side -and use my hand as a pillow to cradle my head in.
Even if my head is already on a pillow.
Can't sleep any other way, UNLESS it's on the recliner while watching TV, in which case I CAN sleep on my back without choking.

Sleep on stomach with a fan on. I wake up with blood all over my pillow. Yeah, apparently my lips are chapped beyond recognition.
