In summer I sleep in underwear and either with a thin blanket or completely without blanket. In winter I sleep in pajama pants and a thicker blanket. I sleep on my back most of the time, because in my sleep I put my arms under my pillow or next to my chest when lying on my belly and when I wake up my elbows hurt. When I go to bed after 00:00 I tend to sleep 12h+ and wake up lying on my side, my ears hurt (not only on the outside, but on the inside) and my eyes start to hurt if I sleep when it's bright outside. Unfortunately when I go to bed before 00:00 I normally wake up several times or sleep for 3 or 4 hours and then wake up. So it's either pain or sleep deprivation.
And rarely it's none of that, but then I have weird dreams which I remember clearly, like pullin the left half of my jaw out of my mouth (what a feeling).
