I sleep on side, sleeping on my back makes me physically ill when I wake up.
I dont dream unless I have at least 9hrs of sleep (which never happens)
I have to open my window, by a little, before bed... For some reason, even in winter or summer, I need the feeeling of air flowing into my room to comfort me.

I slept for over 21 hrs yesterday. My sleep medication was delayed (as it has been for the past few months, problems with it's availability I guess) and I've been getting by on 2-3 hrs sleep everyday. It finally arrived and I know that has my body had become accustomed to not taking it for a spell I knew It would affect me more than regular use. So I broke the tablet in half to receive a half dose but still ended up sleeping as long as I did. I guess the fact fact that I was exhausted (little sleep, working overtime) finally caught up with me.

I'd been using alcohol as a substitute, getting me buzzed/relaxed enough to where I'm settled enough to go to sleep (although as I've stated, I'd only sleep a short period of time) but don't really want to go that route as it's an extra expense and I've been trying hard to cut down on my alcohol consumption these past few months
