Dude, you need to see a doctor and take it easy. Sleep is important to people, it takes up a large part of life, and if you don't sleep well at night, you shouldn't be any better during the day. Stop staying up late, need to get medical help, and exercise if you can to do outdoor sports. The important thing is to have an optimistic heart, don't stress yourself, rest when you're tired, you're your own master.
