For the longest time I've been a back sleeper until recently for some reason I find sleeping on my side more comfortable. It could be a worn-out mattress that is making my body inclined to sleep on its side.
Interestingly when I sleep on my back before I rarely get dreams however whenever I sleep on my side for some reason it always induces some kind of dream state. Oh, and it's nearly impossible for me to sleep face down. It eventually leads to reduced air intake followed by suffocation then waking up in the middle of the night.
