I have fucked up sleep patterns, so is really problematic, usually I try to do stuff during the day, to get tired, but still my body doesn't get tired at all, at night I lay in my bed (on my back) and close my eyes and try to sleep, but even the smallest sound or even thinking nonsensical things(like about nothing, or the sound of silence, or the darkness in having your own eyes closed) can keep me away from sleeping, that's why i kinda dislike people who says to me "just close your eyes and sleep, its easy", it not that easy.
