i see that one cosplayer didnt have any gallery when i search but when i try to upload gallry it got expunged because its a copy im so confused

so how can i know is it uploaded or not?

If you searched for it and couldn't find it before uploading, don't worry about it.

Check if the autors/publishers of the works you want to upload are not in the Prohibited Content and Artists - Do Not Post thread: https://forums.e-hentai.org/index.php?showtopic=19797

Another way to check is looking for the titles at Fakku or Irodori. If you see them there but not here, it means they were dmca'd

Also, searching the title on sites that scrape their stuff from here, like Hi tomi La or N Henati, unless it's some obscure non-japanese/western work which are not scraped by these third parties and therefore are harder to track whether they are prohibited or not
