Zero was a prequels to Fate/Stay Night from the 00s. But that one is kinda mid compared to 0. I recommend Unlimited Blade Works.

Basically 3 choices for now:
Fate/Stay Night (Saber's Route) (2006)
Fate/Stay Night Unlimited Blade Works(Rin's Route) (2014)
Fate/Stay Night Heaven's Feel I & II & III(Sakura's Route)

Skip Saber's Route if you can't stand with the old graphic, they did a bad job animating it anyway.
After you finish, and that will be another topic.

For the most part, the only stuff that directly ties into Fate/Zero is the Fate/Stay Night adaptations. To that'd be
Fate/Stay Night (2006) (Kinda meh tbh, I'd just ignore it)
Fate/Stay Night: Unlimited Blade Works (Pretty good, I'd watch this next)
and Fate/Stay Night: Heaven's feel (Movie trilogy, really good, but it'd probably be a bit confusing if you didn't watch UBW first)

Beyond that, everything "Fate" related is just part of the larger universe, and doesn't really tie into Fate/Zero much. Beyond that, the main connection is the occasional reoccuring characters (primarily servants, sometimes masters like with The Case Files pf Lord El-Melloi II) and the constant theme of historical servants fighting in a battle-royale.
