This question is actually a bit complicated, because the timing of using potions changes dynamically with the level. For you now, use HD from beginning to end, start using MD when your magic is below 60%. After LV50, when you have enough spirit to support continuous activation of Spirit Stance, use SD when your spirit is below 70%. Other potions can be used when draughts are not enough to replenish your energy. It will be helpful to read HV WIKI and download useful scripts in HentaiVerse Resources & Scripts.
BTW, once you get into the game, the price of potions is actually much lower than the income you will get from the arena, so use it as much as you can. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

Sry, this item is cursed. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/faint.gif) I spent 70 ASs and 8 EDs and still couldn't get J5, I'm choosing to pass on that, now it is sold in J4 for 3.8m. You are free to choose to buy or not, but I refuse to provide the IW service for it again.
