How add tags to folder gallery? I dont see tag window.

Assuming you are talking about tagsets on https://e-hentai.org/mytags

Standard users only have one tagset. If you want more, you need to be a donator. ($100 for 10 tagsets)

I think you need to publish the gallery before adding content tags through the normal gallery interface. In the "Create New Gallery" manager you can only set language and textless, translated or rewrite tags.
If you want to create private galleries that you can add tags to, you'll need to be a Bronze Star or higher donator.

Sooo ... you just want to add tags to a gallery? Just open any gallery and click into the empty bar and enter tags.
