I bought a manga from DL site. Unfortunately, it is a PDF file. How do I upload it now?

You could google PDF to PNG and upload the file to one of the results if you trust those sites.

Or you could use imagemagick or ghostscript on your own computer to convert the PDF file to images yourself if those online extractors are giving you trouble. Personally I use a shell script with ghostscript for it.

Ideally you want a tool that extracts the images, and not just renders them or screenshots them.

I use pdfextractonwizard, plus some other tool for removing passwords where present, though neither are free. There should be plenty about though
