I wanted to make sure of this before I did anything, sorry if this is a stupid question.
Explanation: Usachanget's 'The White Dragon Wants to Lovingly Top Her Pom-Boy' has 2 versions that I have seen. One is an uncensored english version on FAKKU, which is a DNP, however the other is a censored chinese version which is currently up on the E-Hentai site and isn't DNP. My question is that if the censored chinese pages were used to make an english 'translation', could that version be uploaded or would it fall under DNP despite the difference?

As long as you don't use the Fakku translation (and neither the uncensored Fakku version, of course) it's fine. Just be aware that Fakku might request to take these galleries down anyway. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)
