I tried multiple times to start the password recovery process but i dont receive the mail. I looked in spam etc but it not getting send to me.

Delivery to Hotmail et al is sometimes spotty on the SMTP level due to Microsoft retardedness. You can send an email to support@e-hentai.org from the email address registered to the account to request a manual reset.

FWIW, we recommend Protonmail for signing up to services like this.
