Ill start off with two you might not have heard of - both made by a guy called Dumbcrow.

Cot of Suvival/90 Second Slave. A surprisingly detailed brothel management/ training game.

Revenge Another slave management games but with some war and conquest elements.

Both games have 3D animated sex scenes.

Custom Maid 3D 2 if you enjoy some management gameplay and read dialogues. Might be a bit pricey, though, if you want to buy all extensions.

Breeders of the Nephelym for monster girls and shemale/futa (or both?) monsters. Have played it around 2 years ago and it had some annoying mechanics and UI. Should be better now, since there were updates addressing the problems, I believe, but I'm still waiting.

Try out The Fairy Tale of Holy Knight Ricca. It's a 3D sidescroller with 3D animated scenes.

Last Evil - turn based card games

and Skyrim? (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) If it's modded, it'll become 3D H-game open world. maybe someone didn't know it can modded to have sex animation in the game.
