There are quite a few sites but you need a good ad blocker for a lot of them.

There's always torrents. I use nomacs as my image/manga reader.
There are better, but it works for general usage.

From the credits pages of a bunch of things I'm reading on Mangadex the website [comick.io] Comick seems to be where a lot of scanlation groups will either be moving their releases to entirely or using as an alternative in addition to their MD uploads going forward while Mangadex is mired in uncertainty.

It's still going to exist afaik, just neutered because scary DMCAs.

It is admittedly a husk of what it used to be though. Many of the works I that follow are all just unavailable chapters on MD now.
