Modem TL-WR850N v3, I don’t know, maybe I’m doing something wrong, but I made an IP address reservation first, then in the virtual servers I specified the internal IP, the one that is displayed by ipv4 in the ipconfig Windows console, ports 443 and type tcp and udp, I tried to add a rule to the port in the firewall, I tried to disable it completely, it’s still closed. My IP is dynamic, if anything, but I hid the address in the error log so that all participants wouldn’t read it.

Check your WAN IP first in the router. If it's home network and your ISP has IPv4 NAT, then it's not possible to run H@H. If not, port forwarding in the router is still necessary.
