I can use my VPN to access to Disney+, this app already has a rather strict ISP or IP block. So it should not be a problem for me to access to ehentai?

Don't know if you're using NordVPN, but turning 'Advanced browsing protection' and 'Ad and tracker blocker' seems to help for a specific issue of image not loading.

Other VPN may have similar settings. If it doesn't work, you may want to try switching VPNs or checking if issue is with your ISP.

Fix it. Connect a WiFi and then change its manual DNS to google DNS. And search a DOH file, download it, install it in “VPN&device management(iphone)”
