Lol talk about derailing... but whatever. Most of the time, our editors use Photoshop. Pretty much the industry standard. Difficulties vary. Ranges from 'something a monkey can do' to 'only a genius could pull this off'. Just putting in the English text won't cut it most of the time. Yeah, you see they cannot legally enforce that part of the ToS because they're attempting to lay claim on property not belonging to them. As an example, if for instance old Napster was around still(free music sharing) and they made it account based and said that you couldn't then share the music you download illegally with someone else, that would be the same as that ToS. That does not constitute a legal contract. Edit: Oh and it took so long because they can't get my IP from here, and I wasn't dumb enough to use the same screen name there, I assume they watched my uploads and compared them to the various member traffic patterns on their site until they found one that fit, which would take a little while to do.
