It doesn't matter if we own the copyrights or not. If it can be pirated it will be pirated. That is the Internet, and I know that's how things are. I know that anything we make of value is going to be stolen and posted all over the Internet sooner or later--I've accepted that inevitability a long time ago. I don't like it, but if it doesn't interfere with our business too much and people enjoy our work, well that's good enough. On our site, all our stuff can be downloaded as zip-files. I know that leaves us vulnerable from a piracy-point of view (think how long it would take you if you had to save each page individually, like our translators did), but I do it anyway, because I want to give the best value to our visitors. We could run boatloads of porn ads to make some extra $$, but we don't.
I see that you don't like us. I apologize to you or anyone else who feel we've wronged them, and apologize to you if you don't like the way we run our site. We're just trying to run a hentai paysite, and all I ask is that you be nice to us. I'm not mad and I don't hate you. We translate a lot every week and release half of it for free--I don't want to be someone who just profiteers off of other people's works, we try to contribute to the community. If you want, we could translate any doujin / h-magazine chapter of your choice (and release it for free), or donate $20 to a translator / donor project of your choice to show our sincerity if you feel that we've wronged your friend.
