It's pretty easy to fix how bad it looks.

Either erase fucking everything, or add a border/color overlay and a more interesting font.

Or erase fucking everything, that's probably the better choice.

Comic sans is about the most interesting font I have, and can stand. I have some fancy serif and cursive-looking fonts, but I think both categories look like shit. I'll fool around with it some, and possibly make a better version.
