i can't access to dmm with surfshark, what should i do?

Check the Accept-Language header.

And the IP. For Surfshark, it's usually data center IP, which is enough for DMM GAMES (dlsoft.dmm.co.jp) but not DMM Player. Try lumiproxy instead.
