I think you should auction it and start the bidding at 100k.

Bidding on that item will eventually exceed your wildest dreams.

I, myself, would be willing to pay all the credits that I have and any hath I earn for the next two months just to get that one item, but others would probably be willing to pay more.

I don't see why it would be worth that much to you with the low INT and so-so Elec damage, unless you want it solely to replace your Fleet robe. I'm still a little thrown off by that too, since you shouldn't have a use for pure evade layouts at such a high level.
