Another pre-nerf weapon to go along with my others. The difference this time is that it is a high level pre-nerf weapon...and I don't have too many of those.

In fact, this is the only other high level pre-nerf weapon I have.

If its intelligence was a bit more (3 more points), I would buy it. I like foxy phase.

Quit it, vean. You know the "new phase" label has nothing to do with it. It sucks, that's it.

I saw a pair of foxy shoes a couple of days ago with 8 intelligence scaled to my level. It was eaten by snowflake before I could buy it.

Did you get that from the bazaar?
Its edb isn't anything special, but its evade is above the current cap.
