Quality wise it seems to be a little better than a noodly appendage, by the posts of the few people who've traded them in. Either that or they all got lucky and got exquisites.

Under a controlled environment, I think it'd be okay to sell and transfer them between users. But that would mean Tenboro would have to play Big Brother and watch. Or he'd have to do some stupid stuff like transfer the Trophies from within the system to bypass the MM restriction.
