I bought that earlier, and decided it wasn't for me, so I sold it again.

Sure, I lost a good deal of credits...

Just bought these in the shop. At lvl 270 they're almost 40 prof bonus. Too bad it's not edb, but it's better than my Fine of the same type (and higher level).

I envy people who have so much creds they don't need to bother with player's trade...

Anyway, somebody, or likely two somebodies, just dumped a lot of items into the bazaar, I rescued a bunch for myself. There was a major Diamond item dump, and some Prism, including some from 260-270s...

Because battlecaster dragon hide is the next best thing to battlecaster kevlar (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) No brainer here.

For the record, I have a fair dragon hide battlecaster helmet and avarage kevlar breastplate (which would be much more impressive if it wasn't level 11...).

Because base proc value 20 at 23% and 6(4) duration is near the max you can get. No brainer, will probably see my shop soon, as I already have a comparable longsword. Or maybe I should try for an auction, this is a pretty toy...

Pretty good stats. High parry, good duration, proc chance is not that important on rapies, so 2 very good stats and 1 average out of three that matter makes it a nice rapier. Will probably keep...

Base 18, good duration, good chance. What's not too like? Anything strictly better is a top-level axe, and this is a good substitute till you can find a truly excellent item. For the record, all axes I have are comparable, I still don't have anything STRICTLY better. Will probably put in the shop nonetheless when I get to cleaning my axe locker...

Proc 20, 24%, 3 turns. If the proc duration was just 1 more, it would be better than my pre-nerf exquisite axe. As this is, it still is a very nice axe, with better value and duration than it, and I am not sure if I will put in the shop. Somebody sold it for <1000 credits, if I were to sell it, I'd go with 10k-20k, and probably try an auction for that.

Ok, so this one is not stellar, just very good (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) With proc 18 at 3 turns and 23% chance it has 1 turn less than my exquisite axe, other stuff is comparable. I am sure I can sell it for 5-10k... you don't see this quality often.

There is still some decent stuff left, such as two battlecaster rapiers, if you want them. I think somebody bought one I was wondering whether to pick it for my shop as I was ending this post...

Also, I picked up this Fine Gossamer Cap of the Earth-walker, because an Earth-walker set up is something I want to try out... and 16 prof is not bad, nor is 2.75 base evade on a gossamer head piece.

A good bazaar day, that was.

I believe that user who sold all those items to the bazaar was miwabe, as he is the most likely candidate for those items based upon his level and the level of the equipment sold.

I, myself bought a Superior Prism Plate Greaves of Protection because it had 4.22% PM, +15.62 PA, +10.81 MA, +3.88% MM, and had less burden than the ones that I currently was wearing.

Too bad it cost me 14,414 credits (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)

When I say miwabe, I'm talking about the items levels in the mid 270s. The level 180-190 items, I have no idea who sold those.

Yeah, I figured that a lower level user was selling the items between 160-180. I know for a fact miwabe sold the equipment over level 270 because he is only one of four players that I know of above Level 270 (Tensei, hito, conquest101 are the other 3)...

I still can't believe I managed to find those few pieces of Heavy Armor in the bazaar (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) I also found this in the Bazaar, which has the highest mitigation I've seen on a Plate Helmet:

Could be I saw it and passed it. A battlecaster axe still needs to have decent bleed proc values to be useful (same for katana, really). With wakis bleed is unimportant; in fact low proc chance is good and your wakis 12% was better than 24% would be (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Parry is important, yours was 9.3%, so average, same for the PABs. It is not a great waki, but it is not a bad one, and battlecaster is a rare suffix that could be fun to test.

You could've sold that waki on an auction for more than 10k, I am sure. Wouldn't be surprised to see the dragon hide battlecaster armor pass 10k, too.

@Red_Piotrus: I'll keep it in mind and be a little more selective.

Yes, the proc duration sucks. Still, a good axe. I'd put it in the shop for a few k; Hito probably doesn't care about anything under 10k...

Another reason I like to save or collect such items is the likely vain hope that we will be eventually able to improve the equips somehow.

The Forbidden bonus isn't great. Maybe decent.

And the phase robe isn't very good but at least phase huh.

It has a base evade of 4.73%, which isn't quite as high as 5.5%, which is what the good ones that I want to get are, but it is still decent to use, or is it?
