Well, cmdct bought it, so it has to be good.
Seriously, most of the curse-weaver equipment that I've seen have low proficiency or stats, so I figured that someone could be interested in those.

They aren't good so much that he probably just didn't have anything better. The gossamer changes haven't been live all that long after all.

I found a 33 proficiency set of earth-walker gloves, so the proficiency bonuses are the same scale as everything else so far as I can tell.

just brought this Average gossamer shoes of the elementalist from the bazaar for 7130 credits.

higher evade and higher prof than my Fair gossamer shoes of the elementalist.

also has better higher and higher prof (higher by 0.01) than my Crude gossamer shoes of the elementalist but losses out on the Magic Accuracy Bonus.

Keep in mind that it has less than 70% of the possible Elementalist Proficiency bonus.
But as long as it's an upgrade..

No, I bought them because I want a set of Curse-Weaver. Seriously, not all things I want are good, some things are just for testing or having fun, others just for collection.

As one of the tiny handful of people actually collecting demon-fiend equip, I agree. Not worth the trouble for that proficiency.

That said I think it's worth more than that. If it wasn't for the level I'd use it myself (same base evade as my other robe, but better overall stats.) or auction it for 80k or something.

picked up this wakizashi for 2.8k better alternative to my slaughter one also... got this robe with pretty decent mit thrice-blessed robea while ago...
